You decide if an ordered item meets your expectations.
If you are not satisfied, you can return an item and we will refund the purchase amount including the shipping costs (according to the Dutch Distance Buying Act) to your account. You are legally entitled return items within fourteen days from the time you received your order.
Returning an item is possible within 14 days of receipt of your package. Use the attached invoice form and check which product (s) you wish to return. Send the items to the address at the bottom of the invoice. Please note that the return shipping is at your expense, otherwise we are required to charge the costs imposed by PostNL. Make a copy of the invoice for your own administration.
For orders placed in December an extended return period applies due to winter holidays. All items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
To simplify the process, you can only exchange an item in the store. In any other case, you simply return the item and place a new order.
The condition for returning an item is that the item is unused, undamaged and in original packaging. We kindly ask you to pack the shoe box first when returning shoes. Please do not paste envelopes and / or adhesive tape directly onto the original shoe box. Thank you for your consideration!
Once we received the item, the purchase price including the shipping costs we charged will be refunded to your account within 1 week (according to the Dutch Distance Buying Act). Please note that return shipping is at your expense.
If you have received a damaged / defective product from us, please contact our helpdesk immediately. Should we receive a damaged / defective return item, we are required to charge this item.
We highly value the satisfaction of our customers. For this reason, we will treat your complaint with the utmost care. If you have a complaint about an item, please return the item to us at your own expense. We will process and review your complaint as soon as possible. Should there still be any doubts about the nature of the complaint, we will forward the product to the relevant manufacturer.
If your complaint is accepted, we will send you a new product as soon as possible and refund your shipping costs.
However, if your complaint is rejected, you will be informed by us. We will provide the reason for rejection and hope to jointly resolve the complaint. If you wish to receive the returned item, then the shipping costs are at your expense.
All our products are covered by the warranty of the manufacturer.
