We made shopping as easy as possible, whether you’re shopping on your smartphone, tablet, laptop or desktop. Choose a category from the main menu and browse the products. Use the filters to refine your results. Click on a product for more information. Like what you see? Choose color and size and add the item to your shopping cart.
When you are finished shopping, click on checkout. You will then be automatically referred to an overview of your shopping cart. Please check the contents of your shopping cart before placing your order.
Any information you exchange with this site cannot be viewed by anyone else on the Web (see Safety for more info). Enter your address details. If you already have an account, you can log in and will be automatically redirected to the next step. If you do not have an account yet, you can check out as guest or create an account if you wish.
The shipping address you provided is decisive for determining shipping costs. All orders are shipped via carrier PostNL. You may also choose to pick up your order in our store.
Payment methods vary by country. We offer the following options: iDEAL, Bancontact / Mister Cash, SOFORT Banking, PayPal and Credit Card. After choosing a payment method, confirm the order and you will be redirected to the payment environment of your choice to complete the payment.
After payment, you should automatically return to our website and receive a confirmation by email. In case you are not redirected back to our site, please use the available link to return to our website. You will be informed by email about the status of your order. If your order is being shipped, you will receive a Track & Trace code from PostNL.
If you have placed a wrong order, you can cancel it as long as you have not received a delivery confirmation. The easiest way is to contact us by telephone. We will send you a confirmation that your order has been canceled.
Orders may also be canceled by TENNIS ONLY, because they cannot be processed for various reasons:
If your order has been canceled, you will receive an email stating the reason for cancellation. We will usually contact you by phone, but you can also call our customer service to resolve any issues.
For the exchange of personal information, we use Transport Layer Security (TLS) - the successor to Secure Sockets Layer (SSL). TLS is an encryption protocol that protects communication between computers (for example, on the Internet). TLS is mainly used in situations where it is necessary to verify that one is indeed connected to the desired server (authentication). In our case this is confirmed by Let’s Encrypt. In addition, the communication between both parties is encrypted using cryptography so that it cannot be traced by malicious individuals (encryption).
When exchanging personal information with TENNIS ONLY, a secure connection as described previously will be used. A lock will automatically appear in the window (bottom right) or in the address bar. By clicking on it, you can verify if a valid certificate has been granted and more importantly whether you are actually dealing with TENNIS ONLY. If this is not the case, please contact us as soon as possible.
As we make use of the latest TLS protocol (1.2), it may cause problems if you use an old browser. For security reasons, it is important to update your browser at any time. If you want to know if your browser supports TLS 1.2, click on the link below. If you get the notification Your SSL client is Probably Okay, then you will not encounter any problems with our website during the ordering process.
